About the position

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead who will interface with key stakeholders and utilize technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. The role involves requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, design, and delivering high-quality code. The candidate will lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty, while fostering a collaborative and diverse work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
  • Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for a module.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java Fullstack developer.
  • At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle with good experience in Agile Development Model.
  • Deep knowledge of web development practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Java 8, Microservices, ReactJS, REST APIs, Core Java dealing with concurrency, and SQL DB.

Nice-to-haves

  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Ensuring a clear dependency chain regarding app logic and file system.
  • Creating custom, general-use modules and components that extend existing elements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess client interfacing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
