About the position

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead who will play a pivotal role in interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This position involves engaging in Requirements Elicitation, defining Application Architecture, and contributing to the design process. The Java Full Stack Lead will be responsible for creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code deliverables for specific modules. Additionally, the role includes leading validation for all types of testing and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for specific modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile Development Model.
• Ensure adherence to web development practices and manage dependencies in application logic and file systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle, particularly in Agile Development Model.
• Deep knowledge of web development practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Java 8, Microservices, REST APIs, and Core Java dealing with concurrency and SQL databases.

• Ensuring a clear dependency chain regarding application logic and file systems.
• Ability to create custom, general-use modules and components that extend existing elements and modules.
• Strong analytical skills and client interfacing skills.
