About the position

The Lead Java Full Stack Developer at Infosys will play a crucial role in interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. This position involves building high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems, creating high-level design artifacts, and delivering high-quality code. The developer will lead validation for various testing types and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities, all while fostering a collaborative and diverse work culture.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Build high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems using Java and Angular.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software applications.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules and lead validation for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Collaborate with team members in a diverse environment to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on software development experience using Java SpringBoot and Angular.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java/Microservices Development.
• Experience with Java 8, REST, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, Junit, and various design patterns.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Angular 8 & above, with 2 years of experience in SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript, Jasmine, Karma, and Mockito.
