About the position

The Java Fullstack Developer will lead the architecture discussions and development of order management systems, focusing on delivering architectural solutions for enterprise status and tasking systems. This role involves driving the end-to-end process for impactful programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget. The developer will provide technical leadership, manage vendor relationships, and work collaboratively with managers at all levels to address challenges and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions and development of order management systems.
• Elicit business requirements to define and deliver architectural solutions.
• Drive end-to-end processes for large impactful programs.
• Provide technical leadership and develop artifacts for order status and task management architecture.
• Manage governance, relationships, and performance of vendors providing development and maintenance support.
• Establish relationships and work with managers at all levels independently.
• Articulate problem statements and address challenges, roadblocks, and impediments.
• Negotiate and influence solutions with directors for enterprise architecture and business capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
• Experience in leading architecture discussions and development processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and principles.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Angular is desired.
