The Fullstack Java Lead Developer at LTIMindtree is a hands-on technical role focused on leading the development of full stack software solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend components.
• Manage project teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
• Implement and oversee agile project management practices and DevOps methodologies.
• Design and optimize database structures using Oracle 19c and PLSQL.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven hands-on development experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical lead role.
• 3+ years of experience in leading full stack software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17, Spring Boot, Angular 14, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database design and optimization, particularly with Oracle 19c.
