Infosys is seeking a Java Fullstack Lead Developer with application maintenance and support experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing support for the In-House product based on customer requirements. The selected candidate will be expected to provide user support, maintain and upgrade applications, develop new features, and write test scripts. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting issues on the systems and interacting with customer process consultants and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and analyze various processes. The candidate will also be tasked with deriving automation opportunities and making recommendations based on product discussions. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Java and related technologies, with at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required, although candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of professional experience with Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Rest APIs, ORM, JPA, Hibernate, Angular, HTML5, Javascript, CSS, and SQL Database (Postgres, Oracle, MYSQL). Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and monitoring tools like New Relic or Splunk is also necessary. Experience with any cloud platform, preferably AWS, is a plus. The role may require travel within the U.S., and candidates must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to effectively communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management teams. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required. Experience managing a team and resolving security vulnerabilities is preferred, along with knowledge of Node.js.
