The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating Microservices hosted on the Google Cloud platform, ensuring that technical design specifications are understood and that high-quality code is delivered independently. This role requires excellent communication and interactive skills, as well as the ability to drive technical issues to resolution. Familiarity with the retail QSR or e-Commerce sectors is considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to contribute effectively to projects in these domains. The position demands a full-stack developer with 6-8 years of experience, particularly in backend development and server-side frameworks such as Java, Spring, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and SpringBoot Microservices. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Docker, and various Google Cloud services including Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Google Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, API Gateway, and IAM. A solid understanding of microservice architecture, design patterns, and event-driven architecture is essential, along with familiarity with end-to-end traceability of applications in a microservice environment. Candidates should be flexible and willing to work across a diverse delivery landscape that includes Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.
