About the position

The JAVA Lead Developer with Microservices role is focused on building and supporting modern, scalable web applications within a software product development organization. This position requires strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and Spring frameworks, particularly in microservices architecture. The developer will work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and support modern and scalable web applications.
• Develop applications using Java/J2EE technologies and Spring frameworks.
• Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of experience in building and supporting web development.
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies and Spring frameworks.
• Experience with DB SQL/NoSQL.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Spring reactive and Spring WebFlux.
• High-level knowledge of enterprise app deployment using CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently learn new technologies.
