About the position

The JAVA Lead Developer with Microservices will play a crucial role in the software development life cycle, engaging with key stakeholders to define application architecture and design. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality code, leading testing validation, and supporting implementation and transition activities. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software modules.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to the software.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 3 years of Information Technology experience.
• 2+ years of experience in building and supporting web development.
• 2+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies, particularly Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Spring reactive and Spring WebFlux.
• High-level knowledge of enterprise app deployment using CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
