About the position

Infosys is seeking a JAVA Lead Developer with Microservices. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module. Additionally, you will lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software applications.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a learning culture and promote teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience in building and supporting Web Development in a software product development organization.
• 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE Technologies.
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks.
• Experience in Java 11, Oracle, and Kafka.
• High-level knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Spring reactive and Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with Oracle and Kafka.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
