About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and implementation of Java-based applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and tools.
• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
