About the position

The Java Loyalty Lead Developer will be responsible for evaluating and leading the implementation of a loyalty system, specifically utilizing the Oracle Crowd Twist loyalty product. This role requires a deep understanding of loyalty systems and the ability to guide clients in designing and implementing effective loyalty solutions. The position is primarily focused on evaluation and will involve close collaboration with the current project team, with the expectation of working onsite in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing loyalty implementations and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Lead the design and implementation of loyalty systems for clients.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment on loyalty system objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in loyalty systems and marketing technology.
• Work as an individual contributor, focusing solely on evaluation and implementation leadership.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of loyalty systems and their implementations, either in-house or market-based.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to analyze and understand existing loyalty implementations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with non-transactional marketing events from a Martech perspective.
