About the position

The Java Loyalty Lead Developer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Tech Lead, focusing on the evaluation of loyalty systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of loyalty systems, hands-on experience with Java-based implementations, and the ability to guide clients in selecting and designing effective loyalty solutions. The candidate will work closely with the project team and will initially focus on evaluation before leading the implementation phase.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing loyalty implementations and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Guide clients in choosing, designing, and implementing loyalty systems.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment on loyalty system objectives.
• Lead the implementation of the loyalty system after the evaluation phase is complete.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of loyalty systems and implementations (in-house or market-based).
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
