About the position

The Java/ODM Developer role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and debugging decision automation solutions utilizing IBM ODM. This position is essential for creating efficient decision-making processes through automation, leveraging advanced programming skills and knowledge of decision management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop decision automation solutions using IBM ODM.
• Test and debug decision automation applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Implement best practices in software development and decision management.
• Maintain and enhance existing decision automation solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications.
• Familiarity with decision automation concepts and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
