Java React Full Stack Developer

About the position

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Java React Full Stack Developer in Columbus OH. The role involves executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. The developer will create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Additionally, the position requires producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. The developer will gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture is also a key responsibility. The role includes contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies, while also adding to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert knowledge in coding using Python, Java, React, Angular, SpringBoot, Junit, Karma, Oracle.
• Proficient in Cloud technology and services (AWS).
• Exposure to AI/ML modelling desired.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
