About the position

Infosys is seeking a Java React Fullstack Developer who will play a crucial role in interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code for a module. Additionally, the role involves leading validation for all types of testing and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Candidates must be located in Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate to the state. This role requires working five days a week from the client office location. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software applications.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules and lead validation for all types of testing.
• Support implementation, transition, and warranty activities related to software applications.
• Collaborate with team members in a learning culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) and Java/J2EE technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle, with good experience in Agile Development Model.
• Deep knowledge of React JS, Redux practices, and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (Angular or React).
• Familiarity with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, especially using Git.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
