CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Java Software Developer to join our Data & Digital group. In this role, you will be the key IT resource responsible for driving technology solutions delivered to our customers. You will collaborate closely with the Solution Lead, architects, product teams, and both internal and external customers to ensure the successful delivery of promised solutions. This position can be based in either Houston, US, or Marseille, France. As a Java Software Developer, you will engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), actively participating in project stage gate reviews and providing necessary input. Your responsibilities will include driving various activities during the implementation of new solutions, ensuring that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is effectively planned and executed, and producing training materials in compliance with CEVA standards. You will also support post-launch activities and provide continuous improvement recommendations to ensure the solutions remain viable in CEVA's dynamic business environment. Additionally, you will play a mentoring role, guiding and developing other team members through training and knowledge transfer.
