About the position

In the role of Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans, as well as independently developing and reviewing code. You will also contribute to the go-live plan, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed effectively. Responsibilities

• Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications and test plans.
• Independently develop and review code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in working on Java, J2EE Technologies.
• Experience in Solution Design, Development, and Deployment of Java 11/8, Spring Boot, Microservices, Messaging frameworks, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Working experience and in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Working experience in APIs and RESTful services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in migrating Java stack applications from On-prem to Cloud.
• Experience in Cloud DevOps and setting up and testing HA/DR/Infra on Cloud.
• Experience in API gateways and APIJEE.
• Experience in Web servers and App servers.
• Knowledge and experience in Performance Engineering.
• Capable of analyzing Business requirements and building Functional and Technical requirements.
• In-depth exposure to Scrum Ceremonies.
• Experience in working in Agile Scrum teams as SPOC for clients and coordination with remote teams globally.
• Knowledge of design principles.
• Good analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and creating and presenting status briefings to senior management.
