About the position
Kforce is seeking a Java Springboot Oracle Cloud Developer to design and implement efficient technology solutions for the HealthCare business. This role involves providing technical guidance to other engineers, recognizing technology trends in the cloud space, and proposing strategic technology solutions to enhance employer and employee satisfaction in their HealthCare experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient technology solutions.
- Adjust priorities based on business value.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers while managing personal work list.
- Recognize technology trends in the cloud space and assist in adopting new solutions.
- Drive the tactical and strategic technology direction of the HealthCare business.
- Propose and deliver solutions to increase employer and employee satisfaction around their HealthCare experience.
- Deliver strategic efficiency and scale technology solutions.
- Maintain an atmosphere of collaboration, openness, and approachability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java application development using Spring.
- 5+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle/PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML.
- Strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Angular, and SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular.
- Deep understanding of API design, including versioning and API documentation (Swagger).
- Strong knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using open source technologies.
- Strong knowledge of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy.
- Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage, and scaling.
