About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of strong experience in project management and technical leadership
• Strong Java programming skills
• Expertise in core Java concepts, OOPs, and database management
• Experience in managing Agile projects
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver within budget
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of DevOps
• Experience with Rally and other project management tools

Responsibilities

• Guide team in technical solution definition
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for projects
• Manage project scope, budget, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and identify potential risks
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and updates
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Java development
• Work with product owners and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize features
• Analyze system requirements to identify potential technical challenges
• Lead and mentor Java developers on the team
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members
• Define and implement quality assurance practices for Java projects
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices
• Oversee testing processes and ensure timely delivery of quality software
