About the position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Javascript Developer to join our dynamic team focused on building a SaaS application from the ground up. This role involves developing high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks and libraries, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience with frameworks such as React and Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with Node.js for server-side development is a plus.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases for data management.
• Familiarity with SCSS for styling web applications.
• Understanding of JSON for data interchange between client and server.
• Basic knowledge of Python is also required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
