About the position

The JavaScript Developer at Southern Shirt (SSCO) will play a vital role in customizing and innovating business applications, particularly within the Netsuite platform. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions to enhance business operations and ERP system functionality. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with senior developers and contribute to various aspects of Netsuite customization, module development, system troubleshooting, integration, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior developers to adapt and extend Netsuite's capabilities using JavaScript.
• Develop and refine scripts and workflows to meet unique business requirements.
• Engage in the creation of new modules and functionalities within Netsuite.
• Maintain and enhance existing Netsuite customizations, solving problems and debugging issues.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of Netsuite with other systems and handle data migrations.
• Offer ongoing support for Netsuite issues related to functionality, configurations, and customizations.
• Create detailed documentation of technical designs, system configurations, and custom workflows.
• Help in developing training materials for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with JavaScript, SuiteScript, or other programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with Netsuite enhancements and best practices.
