Responsibilities
- Work well with others respectfully and interact positively with team members and supervisors.
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Learn and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems for product preparation.
- Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with applicable laws.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives as per Cafua Management Company standards.
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards using job aids when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment (must be 18 years or older).
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
