About the position

The JD Edwards Application Support Analyst / Product Owner at MMD Services, Inc. is responsible for providing comprehensive support and configuration for JD Edwards 9.2, particularly focusing on accounting and finance modules. This role involves troubleshooting functional issues, optimizing configurations, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with business users and finance teams. The position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel to support data management and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive configuration & support for JDE 9.2, addressing functional issues and troubleshooting errors.
• Configure JDE 9.2 modules to align with business needs, focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
• Maintain and manage JDE 9.2 databases and tables, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to support data analysis, report generation, and financial reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure JDE 9.2 configurations align with financial reporting standards.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reports within JDE.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with configuration and support for JDE 9.2 with a focus on accounting and finance modules.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) configuration, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and asset management.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience in data management, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and importing/exporting data.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and IT teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP Concur and Highland CRM for expense management.
• Experience with JDE optimization and support, including implementation of tools to add functionality.
