About the position

The Implementation Project Manager at JD Logistics is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a seamless experience as a transportation partner. This role involves defining project parameters, tracking performance indicators, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs. The manager will serve as the primary contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring successful implementation of hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement successful projects and monitor customer experience to exceed expectations.
• Define and maintain the onboarding project for clients based on product initiatives.
• Track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding project.
• Own the implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts, including onboarding and training of software.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase for hardware and software implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to meet customer requirements for large clients.
• Monitor client progress to ensure adoption of all organizational components while staying within scope and on schedule.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the logistics industry.
• Experience in warehouse operations with a PMP certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop original analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and consensus-building skills.
