About the position

The JDA/BlueYonder Support Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a Distribution Center by managing daily shipment reconciliation. This position involves triaging service requests and addressing shipment line issues, ensuring smooth operations between the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities

• Triage service requests related to shipment issues.
• Review and resolve shipment line issues associated with pack stations and rack stoppage.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation between JDA WMS and ERP systems.
• Develop, implement, and configure JDA WMS solution tools using Java, PL/SQL, MOCA, C++, and JavaScript.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
• Assist clients in achieving their strategic goals through effective technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience with JDA configuration (2019 version or later).
• Proficiency in MOCA, WMD RDB, DDA, and Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and Oracle performance analysis.
• Experience implementing WMS systems.
