About the position

The JDE ERP Manufacturing Functional Consultant will provide functional leadership for projects related to Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World applications. This role involves solution design, business process analysis, and system integration, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation phases. The consultant will work collaboratively with clients to enhance operational performance and maintain effective client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively work as part of a joint client/consultant team to execute Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade/project implementation activities in all project phases.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in Manufacturing/Planning, contributing thought leadership to projects and proposing best practices.
  • Build rapport with the client project team, client employees, and RSI consultants to ensure successful delivery of project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 15 years of professional work experience in a business environment, preferably in ERP configuration and implementation in manufacturing and distribution.
  • Experience with Make to Stock (MTS), Make to Order (MTO), Engineer to Order (ETO), Assemble to Order (ATO) business processes and configuration in JDE Manufacturing modules.
  • Good understanding of integration with Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance modules.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, preferably with releases 9.2.
  • Experience in functional or technical aspects of a software implementation project, with at least two full implementation cycles.
