About the position

ITWGB is seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Functional/Technical Analyst to support and enhance the JDE E1 9.2 environment. This role involves providing technical support, developing orchestrations for automation, and integrating JDE with other systems. The analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure effective communication with the user community.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for JDE applications, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT teams to resolve system problems effectively and efficiently.
• Design, develop, and implement orchestrations within JDE EnterpriseOne to streamline and automate business processes.
• Work on integrating JDE with other systems using orchestrations, APIs, and other integration tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Conduct technical analysis and design sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, business users, and other IT team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical assistance for business activities such as annual physical inventory and cost roll.
• Manage or coordinate project timelines and deliverables as needed.
• Prepare documentation and end user training as required.
• Maintain effective communication with the user community.
• Support integration testing of enterprise systems and post implementation validation.
• Assist with implementing ReportsNow and AllOut Security.
• Provide training and mentorship to other team members on JDE orchestrations and related technologies.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Strong experience implementing and managing Orchestrator, JDE tools and technologies, including E1 pages, UDOs.
• Experience with BI Publisher, FormScape, ReportsNow and AllOut Security.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML/JSON, BSSV, and RESTful API development is a plus.
• Highly organized individual with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing end user support and training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
