About the position

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a JDE Support & Compliance Analyst to join our Governance and IT Business team in Kingman, AZ. In this role, your primary function will be to provide support for JD Edwards (JDE) and oversee regulatory compliance for IT governance. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards, including PCI, NIST, CMMC, and DFARS. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. As a JDE Support & Compliance Analyst, you will provide end-of-day shift support, covering phone and MS Teams chat for end-users with JDE-related questions and issues across all functional areas. You will partner with the Helpdesk team to manage JDE incidents and monitor HPSM tickets. Collaboration with JDE project team members and trainers will be essential to identify potential system enhancements and changes. Additionally, you will assist with cybersecurity initiatives and monitor LG&E system accesses while supporting internal audits. Your role will also involve planning and coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and the data center to complete projects related to compliance. You will provide training support for end-users and assist with documentation, as well as support for trade shows and other assigned duties. This position reports to the LG&E IT Governance manager and offers opportunities for career growth within a leading global industrial gases and engineering company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end of day shift support (1600 - 1730 CST) for JDE questions and issues via phone and MS Teams chat.
  • Partner with the Helpdesk team to support JDE incidents and monitor HPSM tickets.
  • Collaborate with JDE project team members and trainers to identify potential system enhancements and changes.
  • Maintain organizational effectiveness by ensuring operations meet government and industry compliance standards (PCI, NIST, CMMC, DFARS).
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives for the LG&E business.
  • Monitor and review LG&E system accesses and assist with internal audits.
  • Plan and coordinate resources and timetables with user departments and the data center to complete compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with JDE trainers to provide end-user training and documentation support.
  • Provide support for trade shows and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to assist in areas where current knowledge may be limited.
  • Must be a team player and customer-focused.

Nice-to-haves

  • High School Degree required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience with JDE at the branch manager level.
  • Ability to travel (5%).
