About the position

Jefferson’s in-house temp service, JeffTemps, is searching for an Executive Assistant to support our Washington Township Hospital Campus. This position is crucial as it involves providing high-level administrative support to an Executive Vice President. The Executive Assistant will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important business materials and plans, and support the preparation of meeting materials. The individual in this role will provide the highest level of confidential support as they assist in the day-to-day operations of the EVP’s office. The responsibilities include handling incoming calls, greeting and assisting guests and visitors to the Office of the EVP, and assisting in electronic and paper filing, inventory management, calendar scheduling, and recordkeeping. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for reports, presentations, and various projects, focusing on the clerical aspects. This role requires a detail-oriented and action-oriented individual who can handle confidential information in a professional manner and bring items to a close with next-step action items. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an Executive Office environment. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours a week, and is located at 435 Hurffville - Cross Keys Rd, Washington Township, NJ 08080.

Responsibilities

Requirements
