About the position

Wedding Day Diamonds is looking for an experienced Jewelry Photographer/Videographer to capture the beauty and details of fine jewelry and engagement rings. This contracted position is crucial for creating high-quality marketing materials and enhancing the company's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry photography and videography, with the ability to work in various settings, including studio and on-location shoots.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and video fine jewelry and engagement rings in a variety of settings, including on models and in a studio setting.
• Ensure high-quality, detailed images and video that capture the brilliance and intricacies of each piece.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align photography and videography with brand standards.
• Organize and manage photo/video sessions efficiently, with attention to lighting, angles, and product presentation.
• Edit and retouch images and video as necessary to produce polished, publication-ready photos and videos.

Requirements

• Proven experience in jewelry photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of lighting, focus, and angles specific to jewelry and gemstones.
• Proficiency in using photography and videography equipment and editing software.
• Ability to work on-site as scheduled.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
