About the position

The Jewelry Production and Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of custom jewelry and engagement rings, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellent client communication. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality service in the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of custom jewelry and engagement rings.
• Communicate with jewelers and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality production.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and fulfilling their design needs.
• Source and select fine gemstones and diamonds for custom projects.
• Work closely with in-house jewelers on repairs and special orders.
• Maintain and track inventory of loose diamonds and gemstones.
• Assist in pricing, appraising, and purchasing jewelry for consignment or trade-ins.
• Handle website inquiries and customer communications.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of jewelry production, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Familiar with jewelry appraisal, ecommerce platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
