About The Position

The Jewelry/Sales Specialist at Fred Meyer Jewelers is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers and promoting fine jewelry products. This role focuses on achieving personal sales targets and creating memorable moments for customers through a welcoming and dynamic approach. Sales professionals will receive training in sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance their effectiveness in the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Commitment to excellence and a desire to grow.
• Goal-oriented and sales-driven with a passion to succeed.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets, including credit applications and protection plan attachment rates.
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events to customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and foster a positive working atmosphere.
