About the position
The JICO Instructor is responsible for managing all aspects of planning, developing, and coordinating training for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program. This role involves collaboration with operational client staff and the maintenance of automated tools, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain JID coursework.
- Serve as liaison between company and operational client staff for planning and preparation.
- Maintain and manage JICO automated tools.
- Perform curriculum reviews, coursework development and multimedia enhancements with a focus in electronic classrooms.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) additional years of datalink experience can be substituted for degree requirements.
- Graduate of JT-301.
- 10 years of datalink experience.
- Prior Military Instructor Experience.
- Current US Government SECRET security clearance.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area.
