About The Position

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) JLVC Capability Manager within the Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Solutions Group (LSG). This position is critical in supporting operational testing, development, and integration of Navy and Marine Corps LVC training systems. The primary goal is to ensure these systems are compatible, interoperable, and effectively meet the training needs of the Fleet. The role is based at the I MEF Battle Simulation Center (BSC) located at Camp Pendleton, CA, and requires flexibility as duties may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. As a JLVC Capability Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise on the capabilities of Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) federate simulations and tools. This includes delivering training to BSC staff and end users to facilitate the effective employment of JLVC federate simulations and tools. Your training will encompass installation procedures, initialization, user roles, and participation in training events. You will also conduct continuing education activities to ensure awareness of emerging JLVC capabilities and planned development roadmaps for existing capabilities, enhancing the understanding of effective employment of JLVC simulations and tools. In this role, you will initialize and employ instances of JLVC federate simulations to meet training objectives, manage local simulation artifacts for each of the JLVC federates, and support the continuous refinement of enterprise documentation regarding JLVC federates' capabilities and best practices. Additionally, you will assist the Federation Manager in federating instances of JLVC simulations and tools to meet training objectives, ensuring that all training systems are aligned with Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) standards and unique local training requirements.
