About the position

The Job Captain/Designer for Commercial Interiors will lead design projects, collaborating closely with clients to deliver tailored workplace interior solutions. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, particularly in Revit, to ensure successful execution from concept to completion while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed design drawings and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards during the design process.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Prepare presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interiors design.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Strong understanding of workplace interiors and corporate design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience as a Job Captain.
