About the position
The Job Coach position at Clearbrook in Arlington Heights is a full-time role dedicated to training and supervising clients at their community-based employment sites. The Job Coach will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.82 per hour, along with paid training and a sign-on bonus that totals $2,000 in bonuses during the first year of employment. The Job Coach will be responsible for ensuring that clients are effectively trained and supported in their job roles, facilitating their integration into the workplace, and helping them achieve their employment goals. In this role, the Job Coach will transport clients to and from their job sites using a PACE vehicle, ensuring their safety and punctuality. The Job Coach will also serve as a liaison between the employer and the clients, fostering communication and understanding to enhance the work experience for everyone involved. Maintaining necessary documentation related to client progress and job performance is also a critical aspect of this position. The Job Coach will play a vital role in empowering clients to succeed in their jobs and promoting their independence in the community.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license required.
