About The Position

Are you seeking a position that will assist young adults transition from school based programming to community and post education life/vocational skills? If you answer YES to those questions, considering joining Devereux PA Children's Services as a Job Coach with our Day Academy in Audubon PA. Shift: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday (52 week year-long position). Everyday as a Job Coach you will: Directly supervise, train, and coach students within the school and/or in the community. Work with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independence. Work with the team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation. Document progress and involvement of students. Provide information and input based on level of participation, functioning and progress to goals.
