About the position
Do you have experience working directly with adolescents or young adults with emotional support and behavioral health diagnoses? Are you seeking a position that will assist young adults transition from school-based programming to community and post-education life/vocational skills? If you answer YES to those questions, considering joining Devereux as a Job Coach at our Mapleton School located in Malvern, PA. Being a Job Coach at Devereux has its Advantages. Shift: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Everyday as a Job Coach you will: Develop activities to support the transition of students from childhood to adulthood. Directly supervise, train, and coach students within the school and community job sites. Work with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independence. Work with a team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation and document progress and involvement of students. Provide information and input based on level of participation, functioning and progress to goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- High school diploma required
- Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred
