The Job Coach position at Bright Futures of Wisconsin, LLC. is a part-time role focused on providing community-based employment training for adults with various abilities. Responsibilities

• Provide employment-focused training for individuals with disabilities.
• Provide oversight and support to individuals and employers during volunteer work, internships, and/or employment.
• Refer to appropriate support services when needed.
• Develop appropriate goals/objectives for Team Members based on instructional responses and evaluate progress.
• Develop orientation materials and deliver job readiness and career exploration workshops for Team Members.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation.
• Develop transportation plans for Team Members within the community.
• Provide on and off-site job coaching to individuals to facilitate workplace accommodations, training, support, and integration.

Requirements

• Experience working with adults with disabilities in educational and employment-related settings strongly desired.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse staff and Team Members.
• Willingness to travel and transport Team Members in a company vehicle.
