Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training, supervision, and support to participants at various work locations.
- Explain and demonstrate tasks to ensure individuals understand their job duties.
- Assess participant skills, abilities, and limitations.
- Perform supervised work and may work various shifts, including weekends or evenings.
- Ensure all paperwork and related activities are current, accurate, and compliant.
- Collaborate with staff to develop, monitor, and resolve skills training or behavioral issues.
- Assist with placing participants in competitive employment.
- Transport participants using a personal vehicle.
- Maintain case notes and documentation using a provided computer or tablet.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 6 months of job coaching experience or 1 year in a human services field.
- Current Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record and current insurance or state-issued identification card.
- Ability to pass a criminal history check.
