About the position
As a DSP Job Coach at CHI Friendship, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with diverse abilities, helping them achieve independence and reach their personal goals. This full-time position involves providing personal care, assisting with medications, and facilitating meaningful activities during the day shift, primarily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will also participate in necessary trainings and meetings outside of regular hours, demonstrating dependability and compassion in your interactions with clients.
Responsibilities
- Keep people safe, assist with medications, follow dietary plans as written.
- Follow policies, procedures, Individual Support Plans as written.
- Provide people with meaningful activities they enjoy.
Requirements
- Current valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
