About the position

The position involves working closely with both new and existing customers to ensure their success with the company's product. The ideal candidate will develop effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members to identify and resolve any issues faced by customers. This role is primarily clerical and requires in-house presence in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

  • Receives incoming requests for service via phone, email, and portal, and enters them into the system as required.
  • Works with existing vendors to schedule, monitor, and complete jobs.
  • Enters updates into the system to inform clients and end users of status updates and confirmation of completion.
  • Enters pricing into the system when received from vendors.
  • Collaborates with Procurement to locate vendors for scheduling, monitoring, completing, and billing jobs.

Requirements

  • Previous coordinator/account manager experience.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client/vendor facing role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of basic commercial facilities practices and industry knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task is a must.
