About the position
The Post-Closing Loan Processor at Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC is responsible for supporting the Post-Closing team by reviewing loan title policies, managing reports, and performing clerical duties. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of loan documentation and facilitating smooth post-closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Review all ALTA Loan Title Policies for accuracy according to the originating Loan Administrator's Lender Closing Instructions.
- Manage and clear the ALTA Loan Title Policy Tickler Report.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and scanning.
- Assist with other duties as directed by the manager of Loan Administration Post Closing Special Projects.
Requirements
- Two-year college degree preferred or two years of college education plus 1 year of full-time work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Diplomacy in dealing with internal staff and external parties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to take direction and work with little supervision.
- Highly motivated.
