About the position

CEPTUA IT INC, a Houston, TX based IT Staffing and Recruiting Firm has multiple openings. The position involves determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations and providing out-of-the-box solutions as per client requirements. The role includes involvement in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) activities of the project including requirement gathering, development, testing, and support operations. Additionally, the candidate will compile and assess user feedback to recommend and improve existing software products, create technical specifications, and document application functionality as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades. The position also requires developing custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies, preparing End User Manuals, and conducting workshops and training sessions on new software or other systems for employees who will be using them on a regular basis. The candidate will provide post-implementation support and resolve critical and high-priority tickets as per the SLAs, and participate in a tight-knit engineering team employing agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • At least 60 months of experience.

Benefits

  • Salary ranges between $141,315.00 to $145,000.00/year.
