Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Our Daily Bread Employment Center is looking for a Bilingual Job Readiness & Placement Specialist who provides employment counseling and training services to assist clients in achieving their employment goals. The Specialist will assist the workforce team with candidate recruitment, job development and building ongoing relationships with employers. This position will guide the employment process for candidates to obtain and maintain full-time or part-time employment when appropriate.
