About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Expert to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This part-time, contract role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, advertising sales, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creativity, and a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance luxury brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create and oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for design needs or Canva.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization, analytics tracking, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate print advertising efforts while maintaining a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that promote spa services, retail products, and memberships across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content tailored for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including video content that enhances brand awareness and drives conversions.
  • Build and manage automated sales funnels using tools like Systeme.io and Zapier, creating seamless client journeys from lead to loyal customer.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with influencers to extend brand reach and engagement.
  • Research and implement new ideas to keep engagement high and drive conversions.
  • Make updates to our WordPress and Wix sites as needed, creating landing pages to support campaigns and improve the user experience.
  • Design and launch targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp to increase engagement and track performance.
  • Assist in planning sales events and promotions, collaborating with the team to attract and retain clients.
  • Track key metrics, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies to improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, analytics, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing website content.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management related to marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital marketing or sales, particularly within luxury beauty brand or spa, or wellness industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, analyze data, and adapt marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Experience creating digital content for social media, with familiarity in tools like Canva and CapCut for basic video and design work.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Systeme.io, Zapier), CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot), and CMS (WordPress, Wix).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage clients and clearly communicate the brand's voice and values.
  • Willingness to assist with reception tasks when needed to ensure a seamless client experience.
