About the position

The Marketing & Client Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing both digital and print marketing initiatives while providing exceptional client service and administrative support. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth daily operations within the real estate team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Develop content for social media channels and maintain an active online presence.
  • Create monthly newsletters and mailers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Manage social media giveaways and contests to engage followers and expand reach.
  • Collaborate with the team lead on creative strategies for property marketing.
  • Implement and optimize social media ads for agent and property advertising.
  • Oversee website content creation and updates, including blog posts to enhance SEO.
  • Provide exceptional client service by coordinating property showings and managing client communications.
  • Assist in organizing and executing client events for seamless experiences.
  • Support efforts to nurture existing client relationships and assist in prospecting for new clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling showings and managing files.
  • Manage transaction processes to ensure smooth contract and closing operations.
  • Research properties and compile information to support decision-making.
  • Provide daily support to the team lead and assist with home staging for photo shoots.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry tools and CRM systems (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Google Suite, Google Ad Manager, WordPress, and video filming/editing.
