About the position

The E-Course Director will lead the creation, launch, management, and scaling of an online real estate program. This role requires a results-oriented individual with experience in high-ticket online courses and direct response marketing. The director will be responsible for crafting the course offer, understanding market needs, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing sales processes to ensure the program's success.

Responsibilities

• Craft the offer and structure the actual program based on market needs.
• Collaborate regularly with the Founder of the company.
• Conduct research on the market and potential buyers to understand customer needs and competitor products.
• Provide leadership and management to departments including Sales, Customer Support, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Creative.
• Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate talent to foster professional growth.
• Work with the Creative Team to plan and shoot marketing and sales video/photo assets.
• Build and manage profitable warm and cold marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage Sales and Customer Support teams and systems.
• Create a culture of excellence that inspires team members to perform at their highest capabilities.
• Develop, manage, and execute the launch timeline and all moving parts.
• Lead the team in implementing processes and procedures for efficient service delivery.
• Drive change management initiatives for successful adoption of new updates and policies.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success and report progress to the Founder.
• Monitor KPIs and guide the team to exceed targets.

Requirements

• Experience in creating, launching, and scaling online courses.
• Strong understanding of high-ticket courses and direct response marketing.
• Proven leadership experience in a successful online course launch.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
• Experience in managing marketing and sales processes.
