This role is with Johnson Control, a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. The company’s mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places, and the planet. The Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program is a 6-month technical sales development program designed for recent college graduates. This program focuses on creating market share by strategically selling Johnson Controls’ HVAC products and services to commercial customers. Participants will apply their technical engineering knowledge and business acumen to understand customer needs and become subject matter experts. The program includes a combination of classroom training, field orientation, and on-the-job training, preparing participants to consult with architects, engineers, and building owners on product selections and to support customers alongside the sales team.
